Unripe papaya curry or Stew
My mom's tasties meals were, cooked Papaya, fried or stewed leafy greens and gadogado or Rojak,a salad consist of raw fruits, grown locally eat with peanut sauce.Among the raw fruits are, kedondong, mango,n papaya, pineapple, guava, roseapple , cucumber, hard boils beansprouut and water spinach or kangkung.
Evening snacks means fresh salad made by mom. Everything was plucked from trees either frm road side trees from our yard , neighbours or bought frm wet market.
For the sauce , mom used fried shrimps, roasted n crushed peanuts or groundnuts, little bit of course cili padi for the hot flavour n belacan small peice tamarind juice or line juice with soy sauce.
