Student based School Programs

School means it's kids and youth. School activities are based on students and only students should be involved. For the first time in my life , in my 36 years Teaching career, I was shocked and surprised where The school Teachers started programmes to market their things and not the students. Several students were involved as helpers. All the Lots or Corners were Teachers Corners Teachers selling their products and use school as a base to make money.

     Enteprenuer skills only for students as long its in the school Compound. Teachers can be advidors, but Teachers for 3 days making profit in the school Compound selling cakes, , meals,  and marketing their products. Such events are not suppose to be carried out in school Compound in the name of Coperasi activities. It was like funfare, teachers selling products from Friday till Sunday. The students were there buying products and being Customers  

Such activities are not Counted as learning activities for students. 

    School is a place to mould and guide students, not for  any educators to make fortune or profit in the school Compound. This really shocks  me, and I'm surprised the university grad Teachers still being ignorant and do not know the real awareness about school ethics.

   The worst Teachers those who did not attend this program,which benefit only the teachers, indirectly played with their evaluation marks. Do one need to attend where the adults making money , that day counted as a ladap. Funny isn't it...

First time in my life , I came thru this situation n environment, Where Teachers choose the Institution as a place to make money.what I came to know thru the students who attended n

the program less than 15  Teachers were there. Those who started business n the corners only attended with 1 or two of their strong supporters whom they hv been feeding. When  these teachers feels they want to attack or teach others lesson, for being different or being too good to the students, their strong supports get down to the ground, and start creating situation  os,place such  etas starting  a Conversation in a fighting manner . 

    Great women here, just feed their strong men always at the canteen. 

   The classes that I took over, I dunno what language the students hv been learning or talking, but in just 2 two months, I moulded them as good speakers n writers in English, those classes handled by a dwi language Teacher who use English andcl Malay in class. Good and dedicated language Teacher can't work with this Corrupt minded human being. They make tons of mistakes by using the name of God Continuesly. Last year's form 2 D show progress more than half of them scored n.passed in English, but purposely these Two twin Teachers being the culprits, simply deduct 10 to 15 marks frm the students final exam. for those who passed. One widow doing all the mosque and religious services blindly, teaching , blindly test , when kids can't show progress, .she must be quite, she just can't be quite.just follow religious teachings or serve the poor. The Chore business not given priority.
