       Only the school and it's people misuse the opportunity given to them. People tend to be very very selfish.No one  has the heart to contribute or willing to improve the overall school environment, their time wasted on nothing and for nothing.  

   Most of the people want  to be popular, want recognition for the  job they are  being  paid. nothing extra. The chore duty  people doing want, apreciation want incentive , sitting and doing work , job. As long Teachers provide what the kids need  and what they want, the quality of education can be maintained.
