It taste heavenly. The Jack fruit seeds are booked , peeled m cooked curry with anchovy n taste good with white rice, life was very tough but o was very healthy with my sister mom n my twin neices.
Jackfruits seeds once a weeks cooked as curry the peeled seeds n anchovy in very hot chilli powder.
My health was in.potimum rjosedsys because ate only by freshly plucked vegeies n fruits frm or yard. O hardly fll sivkmor fever, infact I wadvan iron girl, who always use tapioca , Jack fruit seeds n raw papaya in curries and stews..
