Child and kids abuse is very common

   kids abuse or child abuse is very common in Malaysia. It never end.Mother's or step mother's or relatives abusing children. But in my 16 years of Teaching career as a rural Secoundry School English Teacher, this is very common and almost every year I meet Teachers those who  refuse to teach certain group of learner's especially the last class of students. After one or two months or after 1 semester teaching them, Certain Teachers are not confident enough to teach the last class of lower form students.

      Almost every year I'm getting these students who were abused or not willing to be their Teachers in almost every rural secoundry school. 

  Other than this situation, racism is another  factor which is very serious in Secoundry schools, the worst, non Muslim students taught by Certain Muslim Teachers being very bias and not bothered or give attention to non Muslim Students, until kids frm good family background unable to copeup with so much educators attitude and stopped schooling, due to stressed and being helpless n when realize that the worst and no hope in the school for the youth to continue his schooling,  one boy few months in O level class n absent for several months and by year end stopped schooling.

      When ever others classes are handed over to me , I realized most of the kids hv been neglected by the subject Teacher. Either  they seldomn attend class and Teach or hardly give  attention to the students. 

         The worst part is the kids execercise books are not corrected or marked. These teenagers are just like the

Tea or coffee mugs and cups in various sizes, standard , colour and design. Every one wants the best cups. I mean the quality students. No one wants the average, poor or weak students. One thing educators  need to keep in their in their mind, that they need to provide education regardless of the students , either last class , weak students or average, and strictly racisms, not suppose to be practiced in a multiracial school n in the 

classrooms.
