Why only certain People burdened with ample of uneasy Task

      There is no reason  when any Veteran teacher being given task above her or his energy level; and capacity. Something fishy about this situation is when certain Group of Teachers manipulate the policy makers in a office or school.For almost 15 years Im experiencing various health problems related to my working environment , which is the main reason for my health disturbance.I believe people who let certain individuals experience very challenging situations. 

      Human beings from good family and with good childhood and healthy living environment , hardly would let other suffer or will cherish others suffering.  Some kids hardly experience hardship and have been pampered b y the parents, cant be good role models or leaders.

      Many live in their own nut shell . a very good example of complete human being , I learnt by observing the Aborigines mothers clad their infants attached to their body.They  follow the monkeys style of handling their babies close to their abdomen. As long the baby is able to walk around. When the baby is able to stand on his or her own leg, the mother let the baby to play as it like. Such kids, who hv been taken care by the mother , when they grow up they become very responsible human beings.being a researcher I have learnt that where there is humanity, there is empathy and peace , and progress. everyone works equally , shares the burden and no one is victimized.

   Those institutions and academic schools with ample of improvements and passess are the ones , which equally  shares the burden and everyone works happily and the stduents excel without any failures.
