same thing makes any one dull if it continues for years.

 For almost 15 years Im in rural schools doing research on  learners competency and learning English as Second Language in Rural Secondary School. .Now the too long research for several years , has fossilized, and latest or the thing that always disturbs becomes the focus as time goes by.
