Tons of Daily Garbage turned into Vegetable farm

 Culcutta is  located in West Bengal, and known as City of the human flood. Beside this, the same wasted garbage is collected n turned into organic compost n feed the thousands of Family n functions as the main producer of local vegetables in West Bengal, in East India . The daily collected garbage is in tons, gathered n heaps of these garbage is compost n stored in deltas of thousands acres, from far these huge hills of garbage looks like black mountains. These garbage is functioning as vegetable farms n employs thosands of farmers  n feed their families.
   Beside farming,horticulture and dairy farms are another activity for the rural community, the fresh products such as fresh milk from these farms used in ice creams , bakery n in making of local cakes n cookies, the proof, the local cookies I bought at one of the mini market near the hotel I was staying, the mini markets sell all  milk n butter made cookies and cakes and not vegetable fat.
 These cookies I bought are cheap but vv tasty , delicious and quality, though this Isa 3rd works  Country and  not rich , but the food items are all quality n hygiene.What I learned is, health and nutrition given first consideration in processing food in these countries..
