Nattu Chakarai or Sugarcane

Nattu Chakarai is the product we get from Sugarcane. Nattu Chakarai also known as brown sugar. Brown sugar is known aß the healthiest sugar which is not refine and made from, juice which is extracted from sugar cane.This sugar is as simple to process as how it looks. Freshly harvested sugar canes are squeezed out the juice, boiled untill the liquid thicken s, once it turns very thick, the liquid is poured in moulds and let dry, once the liquids dries, the thick sugar is removed frm the moulds n packed.. these are the one crushed into powdered a far dark brown  in colour..
