The memories of 198oies . onward

The reason why I used New Era as the Topic of my writing is because non graduate Teachers , teaching in primary schools were offered free education with full salary, of nothing to do a degree course in Education. These Teachers pursued their studies on weekends, in Teachers university,vdobtheir working hours not disturbed. Countless number of Primary school Teachers benefitted thru this programme. Just like the Administrative course pursued by principle which was free of charge n gully sponsored by the ministry of education.
  To pursue teacher training course n tobteachnin anmidolated rural school which has no basic facilities. Leaving behind  my sick mother n travelled an hour plus frm home to my working place, leave the house at 5.30 am in the morning n reach school at 7am. Only the good vibes of the good douks who were teaching with me seemed like my strength. 4 stranger frm different places, worked under one roof for 5 years n the friendship was vv pure, kobecoectation n life was vv simple . We share food daily, whtever that we brought to school.
At the same time I pursued Teacher ymtrsijibg course during school break n holliday's. So for four years no Holliday's and no break or leisure, only work , work and work was the manthra..when I attend the course,I paid  Tution fee, pd hostel fee n of canteen for the meals provided for us.Notjing was free. I saved my salary n paid,during registeration of the semester. No car or hike only bus. my main transport. Everything was money nothing was free, so I was vv carefully with my spendings..
