Promotions in earlier times n at present

Teaching has been part of my life since year 1983. Teachers n administrators whom I hv worked mingled and hv seen n known seems to be the extra Ordinary human beings, those were the all rounders either in the feild at the stadium, or in the Classrooms,t hv been the queens n kings.
     I'm surprised to see those who hv nothing or no exposure or No experience in many feild s vv sadly holds,various lost lost and unable to solve any problems especially, in their working environment..
