4 years Sacrifice,half salary for a degree

Being a non graduate n want to upgrade my self n my life plus my career. I pursued Degree in TESL at International University. 4 years no salary increment, n only half pay, leaving kids and hubby n meet them only on weekends, only to improve my life style and standard, with me in that English Course were 68 other TESL Teachers throughout Nation selected to pursue, degree in IIUM Gombak. 4 years away frm home n school studying in a vv conducive nvery healthy environment. My course was a fully English course, which I really rejoiced . Though I did not get a vv good CGPA , I had the best university exposure anynone can dreamed of. Being a veteran pursued studies at very late age , age was not a barrier to let me experience n gained university Campus life. Each and every campus event I participated n thru this programme I gain Countless of itfriends from all over the world who,pursued, degree , post grad studies n PhD.
   My hard work n suffering not exactly  help me much but, those who pursued degree in other local Malaysian universities were offered, ELT course free of charge n they were paid for attending the themselve.
Each partivipant was paid 3 thousand to 4 thousand ringgit for their attendance. There teachers were mostly the Teachers universities grads, attended this ElT course on every basis n upon Completion they were paid 4 thousand ringgit. This was an insentive to the selected Teachers,bwho seems to be vv special .. The vv rornout ,vecsusted n hardworking n hard core teachers not bothered by any administrators.They just used by the school main people for the unsolved problems n unsettled works n hardly they hv been given recognition or insentive or even special care . These problem solvers are just like donkeys used by people we hi o u see e them to overload their belongings..
