The History Repeats

My childhood memory growing  up with all my siblings n in the presence of my both parents was a memorable one with lots of sweet n heart melting experiences.I waasbin standard 2 if I'm  not mistaken at that time my memoeyb as very power full n almost every incident captured my heart. Few incidents I cant forget. My father's only blodd sister was " Papa" . She is my dad's only sister n she was widowed when young with two  daughters. My aunt was so beautiful n very fair, and she looked like a Braumin lady, 24 hours clad in white Cotton saree just like the Indian Malayalees n the Conggu Nattu widows. From what I observed n heard from my dad n his close friends , dads attitudes behaviour all just like a Brahmin priest but when he was vv angry he sounds  fierce. My dads most favourite friends are his long time friends those who were much older than him.
Dad's two neices were not sent to school, because their father a Conservative man and another factor education was vv expensive those days, only the rich could afford, My dad could not help the situation. The pityful situation is all his first  neices kids were  not send to school to pursue, knowledge. Because his brother in-law was vv strict n doesn't want the girls to attend school because by 13 or 14 will be married off n send off the their husbands family.

Her son-in-law also  stubborn and onservative as his mother inlaw. Because those days schooling mens lots of money n the poor can't afford to attend town school.
My dads eldest nnthecw found neices were very fond of the only uncle they had, that, their moms only brother who is everything in their life, the secound one had brown hair  n brown eyes n light brown hair, she looked more like a middle East by beauty. She was married off to a man who is much older than her . They both had 2 boys n two girls. Two of tgecdons n a daughtebinbheritbthe mother's fair complexion , brown hair n light brown eyes. But one girl was darker like her no others eldest sister but her features were like her dad. My dads first Bruce have is Pachaiammah n the Secound Neice is valiammah. Both contrast in features n colour. Both of them married vv fair Conggu mappilais. Pachaiammah's hubby's Karupannan Kaunder n her younger sister married  to Aanjaan.
The second neice husband Aanjaan was an alcoholic n tortured his wife daily. Every weekend Valliammah Aunty came with all the kids n meets my dad n tell him everything, her hubby is called n advised n asked to promise him not to beat or torture his wife, this happens every month. My aunt was so naive n innocent n unable to fight or Argue with her husband, with tear she asks her only uncle to settle her fNily problem caused by her hubby.
So after advising her husband my dad take betel n asked him to Promise Jim no it to beat her any more. He promised n later after a month by both will be back to my house to get his advise n blessings. My dad was just like the Tamil film HiNattamai solving relative's family problems especially husbands who tortures wife n veTs them..
But when dad passed away, valli Chinnama ( aunt) was the one who missed his absence n felt his loss, she cried n cried .Dad was the sole human solved her lifemproblem, n two month after dad's death Valli Chinnama drank Roundup ,weed killer n  Commit suicide no one was there to Console here after her only uncle's. I still remember , other than my brothers n sister s my aunt's two daughters, Pachaiammah, Valliammah n my moms only brother Cried Non stop. I was only ten when dad passed away. After do many years I realized the impact dad has made in hi is close relatives life n in their heart. Today all these aunt's unvkas non of them around but their kids, their adopted family , grand children n great grandchildren be Still around. After observing the compassion between my hubby his sisters, have a neices n his brother in-law, I realize the same Situation which I went thru my childhood years n now due the secound time in life I'm experiencing wht my mom went thru seeing he hubby.committed towards his sister's, their children  n their family...
